CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Beauty Canvas, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our policy: 💳 Deposit Policy To secure your appointment at The Beauty Canvas, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.. 📅 Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to accommodate other clients on our waitlist. ❌ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee. 🚫 No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% service fee will be charged. Repeat no-shows may result in limited booking privileges. 💳 Card on File Required: A valid credit/debit card is required to hold all appointments. No charges will be made unless the cancellation or no-show policy is violated. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us serve all clients more efficiently and respectfully.
